The breakfast included a decent selection of items like cereals and bread, a nice touch. Quick Wi-Fi helped keep things smooth for planning while staying here.

The TV was non-functional, and the 'courtyard view' turned out to be a sight line to a neighboring building. The bathroom presented issues too, particularly the antiquated pipes that prevent flushing toilet paper, along with a sign warning of a hefty fine for any clogs. The room lay far from expectations. With minimal decor and cleanliness issues, it didn't match the online photos.

Variety of food for breakfast, which was delicious to satisfy everyone. Pleasant team especially with the check out arrangements. The location was great and stunning - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. It was located in a central area very close to the Old Town of Vienna as well as many restaurants, grocery, cafes, a great base for us.

I encountered several disappointments. The towels were hard and in need of replacement, detracting from the overall comfort. The breakfast options were repetitive and limited over five days. The staff's demeanor was not as cute as I had hoped, which impacted my overall experience negatively.

Also, the location is magnificent and wonderful, minutes from Stephansplatz. The hotel is set in a shopping area, 5 minutes walk to the metro station. Please let the efficient and excellent co-operating staff know of our gratefulness for a really lovely stay. It has updated and tastefully decorated rooms to offer with soap and a comfortable bed, for example❤

For a room that woudl ve been superb, I expected some sort of complimentary gesture, but alas, it didn't happen. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

Very good location near the tourist objects, friedly staff, renovated and clean rooms, fresh and teasty breakfasts.

Excellent location, very clean room, and extremely helpful staff-they even served breakfast earlier when we told them that we were leaving earlier.

The variety of the breakfast is not that great but OK

Brand-new large rooms, they are provided with the shower, good breakfast plus double bed. The atmosphere of the hotel is special.

The comfortable bed made my stay great, but the bathroom had serious plumbing issues.

Very clean and terrific location

The breakfast was good, boasting a variety of meats, cheeses, and fresh pastries that started my day on a wonderful note.

The location was outstanding. The staff were excellent, offering helpful suggestions and reccomendations - even when we did not ask! One night we were leaving and were asked "do you want some suggestions on where to go?" So nice! The breakfast was excellent - so much care and so many choices. The room was enormous and beautiful with all of the bright windows and super comfortable bedding - every pillow and blanket configuration we could ever imagine! We were right on the street but the double panes kept out any sounds. Keep up the great work!

the hotel is situated in the center of historical ring next to St Stephans dome,everything are really close, the stuff is excellent and really friendly,also the rooms are very clean.I absolutely recomend it and i believe it is a value for money choice for someone who travels alone or with friends
